Rock and Roll Hall of Famers ZZ Top will be joining forces with Lynyrd Skynyrd in 2023 for a monumental co-headlining tour across North America. Their Sharp Dressed Simple Man Tour kicks off July 21st in West Palm Beach and stretches into September visiting notable markets like Fort Worth, Mountain View, Phoenix, Maryland Heights, Tinley Park, Cincinnati, Toronto, Saratoga Springs and Raleigh. Joining the tour in support will be special guest Uncle Kracker.
UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into 2024 with support from Black Stone Cherry and The Outlaws hitting cities like Columbia, Corpus Christi, Virginia Beach, Darien Center and Clarkston.
Also during the year, ZZ Top will be wrapping up their Raw Whisky Tour which originally launched in 2022 after their Celebration with ZZ Top 50th anniversary tour was joined by Cheap Trick. Back in 2017, the legendary band brought their Tonnage Tour to North America with support from John Fogerty, George Thorogood, The Doobie Brothers, Black Stone Cherry, X Ambassadors and Collective Soul among many others. The prior year, their Groove & Gravy Tour was joined by Blackberry Smoke.
